All systems go for Valley View groundbreaking in Tagoloan, MisOr

Tagoloan, MisOr —-VALLEY View Township is set to break ground anytime soon in Sta. Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.

Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental. It consists of 25 towers at 13 storeys each for a total of 10,400 condo units in a 14-hectare property. With Atty. Balucan are Richie Salloman Vice President RGJ Realty Corp. Ian Pabatao, Operations Manager and Dante Sudaria as Promotions and Publicity partner.

In a press briefing Wednesday, RGJ Realty Corporation President Lawyer Chembelyn Balucan said they are just adjusting the schedule to allow President BongBong Marcos himself as the guest of honor in the groundbreaking ceremony.

Balucan said RGJ Realty Corp has already underwent all the requirements prior to the groundbreaking, including barangay consultations and the engineering and geological hazard assessment report which is a prerequisite for the issuance of an environmental compliance certificate (ECC).

Valley View Township sits on a 14-hectare property in Sta. Ana, Tagoloan. Once completed, it boasts of 25 high rises at 13 storeys each consisting of uniform low cost residential units at 24 square meters each. The first level of the buildings is dedicated to commercial tenants.

Vice President forn Marketing Ritchie Salloman said RGJ Realty Corporation is focused on vertical housing development as this is the trend in Southeast Asia nowadays. “We will be at par with our neighbors like Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore,” Salloman said.

And affordable housing is a priority of the Marcos administration, he added.

Along this line, RGJ Realty Corporation is dedicating the first phase of Valley View Township to socialized housing. In fact, it has already inked a deal with Social Finance Housing Corporation for the matter.

“The first phase of the project will be for workers of Phividec locators, and for the residents of Tagoloan and Villanueva towns,” Salloman said, referring to Phividec Industrial Authority and the two municipalities of Misamis Oriental adjacent to each other.

Once completed, Valley View Township will have a total of 10,400 units available. Amenities to be constructed include swimming pools, clubhouse, convenience stores, fitness gym, ample parking space and a chapel.
